It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Ninth Annual Driving “Fore” a Cure for PH Golf
Tournament and Silent Auction. Our goal for this tournament is to increase pulmonary hypertension (PH)
awareness and to raise much needed funds for research to find a cure for this disease. By your participation
  you are supporting invaluable medical research for PH. 100% of proceeds will go to the Pulmonary
Hypertension Association to help find a cure for this disease and help provide hope for those fighting PH. 
It is believed that in the United States, pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) will affect 40 – 50
pediatric patients per million children at some point in their lives. While research has come incredibly far
 in the last 20 years or so, with fourteen approved PH therapies, only one of these therapies is
FDA approved for use in children.

We want to extend a heart-felt thank you for your commitment to making this event so successful.
Your generosity could potentially save the lives of many patients affected by this disease.
