It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Eighth Annual Driving “Fore” a Cure for PH Golf Tournament and
Silent Auction. Our goal for this tournament is to increase pulmonary hypertension (PH) awareness and to raise much needed funds
for research to find a cure for this disease. By your participation you are supporting invaluable medical research for PH. 100% of proceeds
will go to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association to help find a cure for this disease and help provide hope for those fighting PH.

It is believed that in the United States, pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) will affect 40 – 50 pediatric patients
 per million children at some point in their lives. While research has come incredibly far in the last 17 years
 or so, with fourteen approved PH therapies, only one of these therapies is approved for use in children.

We want to extend a heart-felt thank you for your commitment to making this event so successful. Your generosity could
 potentially save the lives of many patients affected by this disease. Thank you so much for being a partner in our fight with PH.

We would like to give a special thanks to the Riverwood Golf Course for hosting this event. This
beautiful course has a championship layout set in the scenic rolling terrain along the Neuse River.
